Super fun trail right in the middle of the city. Watch out for hikers and drop offs
Park at the Nancy Hoover Overlook. Take the trail to the right and then left down the single track in about 100 feet. Follow betty dearing trail to iredell lane then back onto the trail into Wallacre park. Then uphill till you see the 20 foot uphill that is too steep to ride up. Carry bike up onto that to take U-Vanu trail down the hill. When you get to the bottom turn right and climb back up Fryman rd. At the end of the road take Briarcrest Fire Road and turn right on Betty Dearing to return to the Parking Lot.
